Terms and Conditions
By registering for, purchasing a ticket for, or attending mDevCamp (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Event registration and participation
Participation in the Event is subject to successful registration and, where applicable, ticket purchase via the official ticketing platform.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or the Code of Conduct.
3. Tickets
All tickets issued for the Event are valid for the named attendee only.
Tickets may not be shared or used by multiple individuals during the Event dates, unless explicitly allowed by the Organizer.
Tickets are issued electronically.
4. Payments and invoicing
Ticket prices are listed on the official Event website or ticketing platform.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Invoices and accounting documents are issued in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Organizer in exceptional circumstances.
Specific refund conditions, if any, may be published separately on the Event website or ticketing platform.
6. Ticket transfer
The ticket buyer may update the ticket holder’s details until May 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM CET.
After this deadline, no changes to ticket details will be permitted.
7. Schedule and lineup
The Event schedule, program, speakers and other content are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.
8. Cancellation, postponement and force majeure
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or materially modify the Event due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, safety concerns, government restrictions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
a) Event cancellation
If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer, participants will be informed without undue delay.
Refunds for tickets may be provided in accordance with the Organizer’s refund policy.
b) Event postponement
If the Event is postponed to a new date, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date.
Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
c) Limitation of liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by participants in connection with cancellation or postponement of the Event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or other related expenses.
9. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards other participants, speakers, staff and partners.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior or any conduct that disrupts the Event will not be tolerated.
The Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from the Event without refund, in case of violation of this Code of Conduct.
Simply: be nice to each other.
10. Photography and recordings
Photography, audio and video recordings may be made during the Event.
By attending the Event, participants acknowledge and agree that such materials may be used by the Organizer for documentation, marketing and promotional purposes, unless the participant explicitly objects in accordance with applicable law.
11. Liability
Participation in the Event is at the participant’s own risk.
The Organizer shall not be liable for:
- loss, theft or damage of personal belongings
- injuries or damages caused by third parties
- indirect or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Personal data protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Detailed information regarding personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Event website.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Event shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
14. Final provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if necessary.
